House Branding/Custom Home Portrait

We LOVE our homes & the memories we make in them!  This is a fun gift to give yourself or loved ones.  From the perfect realtor gift, to gifting your parents the portrait of your childhood home .... It's thoughtful & kind!

**Digital Art Only means, we will receive ONLY the digital version of art - this is to be used for all things Paper Related.  If you'd like the physical art to frame, select the other options!**

Order your portrait, and then email your the photo (or photos) of your home to Stephy@dearjohnpaperco.com.  If we have not received your photo within 24 hours, we will reach out to you to get your photo!

All custom watercolor portraits are made to order with a ONE WEEK lead time.  Most are completed before the timeline, but we give ourselves a little wiggle room.  If you need to "rush" the order, there is a $75 fee paid directly to the artist to do so! 

Once we receive the art from the artist, we send you proofs of your paper order ASAP.  Once edits are made and/or proofs are approved we place our paper goods order, and you receive your order within 7-10 business days.  If you are wanting a rush on production of paper goods there is a $25-$50 "rush fee" paid directly to the printer.  Pricing varies based on time of the year!
